Denisa Micliuc studied piano, musicianship, theory, solfege, and music history at the School of Arts in Romania where she was a student throughout elementary, middle school, and high school.
In 2013, she moved to the United States where she studied piano performance. During these years she performed numerous solo and collaborative recitals on stages across the U.S. and Europe. In 2014, she started her teaching career, and she has enjoyed teaching from the first moment because she was able to share her passion for music through enriching others as they learned.
In 2017, she graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelors of Music in Piano Performance. In 2019, she graduated with a Masters in Fine Arts in Collaborative Piano from University of California, Irvine.
In addition to teaching piano throughout Southern California, she is also the Choral Director at Agape Music Academy. She believes that music connects people and her favorite part of teaching is music’s enlightening power to bring joy in students’ lives!
